Should I wish my ex a happy birthday?

My ex left me for another girl. We were together for 7 years. It was a bad breakup that happened 8 months ago. It was a confrontation between me,him & his girlfriend.he kicked me out of his house & said horrible things to me. Then later he apologized & wanted to be friends. He texted me from time to time things like "oh were u at the burger stand, could u help me with an essay, everyone I know loves the Chinese restaurant u introduced me to, do u like the iPad, do u want to see my new nephew," & last month he asked me about a tv show he & I use to watch together but I never responded. I miss him & still love him (I know I'm stupid for that). His birthday is coming up & I was wondering should I tell him happy birthday?
