Does Voldemort seem a little wimpy to anyone?

He's so femmy...he sits in his chair in a dining room in his silk robes and walks around like a girl. He's not even that scary. And the way he holds his wand makes me think he's some rich woman. Not to mention he was wearing a freakin V-neck gown in the 4th movie clear down his chest.
