How does this non-native Chinese perform sound in Mandarin in your opinion (plz read details of the question)?

It's okay. There're a few slip-ups in pronounciations here and there (I think one part she sang "sai" when I think the correct pronounciation should be "zhai") but overall it's pretty good for a non-Chinese performance.
