How do I stop the sweat?

I am a girl and i sweat enough for about 3 people in one day!!! The crazy thing about it is I can be sitting in the classroom-sweat, standing outside for break(in the cold)-sweat. It be really hot in the classrooms so I dont keep my jacket on until i notice Im sweating so i have to put the jacket back on. I notice that a lot of people go the whole day without sweating.
