I must admit that I wasn't a fan, initially. I started out sprinkling some in my Greek yogurt; then I tried it with Vanilla Silk soy milk. It wasn't bad. Grape nuts has about 5 or 6 grams of sugar and the Vanilla Silk Soy has about 10 grams? It wasn't bitter tasting but had a light sweet flavor to it. Pretty healthy all the away around. I hope your pearly whites are in good shape! With grape nuts, your teeth are bound to get a good work out! ( ^ _ ^ )
