What is this game? easy 10 points!?

When i was about 12, i had a game on my xbox and i cant remember what it was called.. But i can remember what was in it. The main character was a Japanese (or chinese) man i think he wore a brown leather jacket. And in the game, you had to catch a pink leaf between two of your fingers. Please tell me what it is :|
