Would anyone out there be more or less likely to buy an ultralight if it were an amphibious submersible part 2?

At 120' the pressure is ~ 68 psi. It would take a very robust hull to keep the water tight integrity. To build it to withstand the pressure it would take a very heavy body rendering it unable to fly (as a micro ultralight)
