What year do you think The Rock was at his best?

For me it's very simple. The longer his sideburns were and the deeper his voice was is how you know the days when he was THE GREAT ONE. It was between 98-99 mostly. The corporation days. Sometime after that he went from cool, calm and arrogant guy to a hyper, high-pitched guy who was always screaming on the mic. He was still good but not as cool. And then when he turned heel again he was pretty damn funny. Specially his first promo in toronto! Anyways that's my opinion. To me The Rock will always be that guy in the 500 dollar silk shirt with HAIR and sideburns down to his chin with a pair of shiny sunglasses.
