Is there a good tailor who can make different cultural clothes in U.A.E.?

OK, so I'm not really korean, but I need to make a hanbok (that is the traditional korean skirt and jacket) for women...so are there any good tailors in United Arab Emirates (that's where I'm living currently), I need it in two weeks time...for some event...so yeah...also the tailoring shouldn't be THAT expensive, so could anybody help?
