Should everyone teach their children Chinese now so they have a headstart over the other kids?

I watched the bbc programme "the Chinese are coming" and it made me realise that they will rule the World sooner rather than later. Should we teach the younger generation Chinese now so we can get some of their business. I seen our they are making Brazil one of the richest nations on the planet because they do a lot of business with them.
